Dr. Strange and the Multiverse of Madness Review

Hello Spartans! Recently, I watched Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, and it was great. Before I start, there will be spoilers, so you have been warned. Okay, now that is out of the way, so let's jump into the madness of this review.
Characters: 7/10. The characters in Dr. Strange were alright. Strange’s arc was great and made him feel like a tragic character in the fact that he can never get Christine in any universe. I also loved how he acted throughout the movie with America. America was very mid. I didn’t like how they just threw her in and expected everyone to just role with it. Her story was alright, but it was very basic. My favorite character had to be Wong though, just because it’s Wong. Now let’s talk about the Illuminati. Mordo was very predicable, and he kind of was just there to introduce everyone, which was about it. Black Bolt, in my opinion, was mind blowing. Captain Carter was cool to see, but I didn’t like how they cut her time in half. Captain Marvel really did fall flat on her face. Mr. Fantastic was fantastically casted, but they ripped apart his character. Finally, Professor X was so good to see that it was head-spinning. Overall, the characters were great to see but felt stale.

Villains: 10/10. Wanda as the villain was amazing. You could understand her morals and how this was built up just amazingly. She was probably the scariest villain in Marvel both by power and by how she acted. Her arc throughout the movie was amazing, and this felt more like a movie about her and not about Dr. Strange.

Plot: 7/10. Dr. Strange’s plot was very "meh." I feel like it moved way too fast in the first fifteen minutes. In fact, it moved so fast that I thought that the theater started the movie in the middle of the movie. Other than that, it felt like a normal Marvel movie.

Visuals: 7/10. The movie wasn’t too visually appealing other than two scenes. The first one is when America and Strange first travel throughout the multiverse, and the second is the music fight between the two Strange’s. Other than that, it was very basic and expected of a Marvel movie.

Overall: 7.75/10. This movie was good; however, I think the only thing that will resonate with me will be John Krasinski as Mr. Fantastic and the music fight.
