Mr. Andy Hill

Andy has amassed over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, offering invaluable insights gained through his various roles. He is a results-driven, focused, and dedicated professional known for his ability to establish enduring relationships with customers. Andy started his career with Service Glass/Harmon in 1998, where he served as an Estimator and Project Manager before transitioning to Glass Solutions in 2000. Over the years, he seamlessly assumed leadership roles, progressing from a lead Sales position to becoming the CEO in 2012. Andy's unwavering commitment to forging a shared vision with clients is evident in his relentless efforts to elevate every partnership to new heights. His acute attention to detail, adept project planning, management skills, and creative problem-solving abilities make him an asset to any team with which he collaborates.
 
Andy received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Andy was appointed to the St. Francis High School Board of Directors’ Buildings and Grounds Committee in 2023 and elected as a Board director in 2024.
 
In addition to his professional activities, Andy has been involved in various community organizations, including the American Cancer Society’s “Coaches for Cancer,” the American Heart Association’s “Hard Hats for Hearts,” the North American Contractor Certification/Architectural Glass and Metal Contractors Board of Directors, and the Glass Solutions, Inc. Foundation. He serves on the Long-Range Planning Committee at White Eagle Golf Club.
 
Andy and his wife Natalie reside in Naperville and have two children, Brady who will be a junior at St. Francis High School, and Kaylie who hopes to be a Spartan. They are members of St. Raphael Parish.
